Takedown & Abuse Policy

PixelMod respects intellectual-property rights and prohibits illegal content. This page explains how to report copyright infringement, illegal material, or other abuse. Note that on the web app images are deleted automatically after processing, and on the desktop app images never reach our servers.
PixelMod is a general-purpose processing tool and does not select, supply, publish, license, approve, or verify user files. Users are responsible for ensuring that they own or have permission to process and use their content and for any infringement or misuse they commit. Providing the tool does not transfer that responsibility to PixelMod. This does not prevent us from investigating credible reports, enforcing our Terms, preserving information where legally required, or complying with applicable copyright procedures.
1. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used through the Service without authorization, send a notice to contact@pixelmod.io including:
- • Your physical or electronic signature.
- • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- • Identification of the material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
- • Your contact details (name, address, email, phone).
- • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
2. Copyright contact
Copyright notices should be directed to PixelMod at contact@pixelmod.io. This contact channel does not represent a claim that PixelMod has completed a U.S. Copyright Office designated-agent registration.
3. Counter-notice
If we notify you that material or access was removed or disabled following a copyright claim and you believe that resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to contact@pixelmod.io. It must include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the affected material and its former location; your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that removal or disablement resulted from mistake or misidentification; and any consent to court jurisdiction and service of process required by the law under which you submit the notice.
4. Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
5. Illegal content & abuse
Using the Service to create or process child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or other illegal content is strictly prohibited (see our Terms). Report such content to contact@pixelmod.io. We act on credible reports and, where legally required, preserve information and report to the competent authorities.
6. Misuse of notices
Knowingly submitting a false claim may result in liability for damages under applicable law. We may disregard notices that are materially incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or submitted in bad faith, and may restrict accounts that misuse the reporting process. Please ensure your report is accurate before sending.
7. How we handle reports
We review sufficiently complete, credible reports and may request additional information needed to identify the account, transaction, material, right, or alleged violation. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may preserve relevant records, restrict processing, disable access, suspend or terminate an account, notify the affected user, forward a notice or counter-notice to the other party, or report a matter to competent authorities. We may restore access where required by law or where a claim is withdrawn, rejected, or successfully countered.
PixelMod does not provide a public content-hosting library: web and API images are processed transiently and desktop images remain on the user's device. We therefore may no longer possess the reported image when a notice arrives. Even so, a report may help us investigate account activity, preserve available records where lawful, and enforce our Terms. Submission of a report does not guarantee a particular outcome, and we do not decide private ownership disputes.
